Our prices are in US dollars (US$) for every country, the UK included. They aren’t converted into pounds, so the price in your written scope is the US$ price shown here.

You book calls through Calendly at a time that suits you. It shows the times in UK time, so there’s no working out the difference.
Our delivery team is in Islamabad. You get a written note at the end of every week on what moved and what’s next, so nothing waits on us being online at the same moment as you.

A UK business must register for VAT once its taxable turnover for the last 12 months goes over £90,000. The standard rate is 20%. On Shopify you can show prices with VAT included or add it at checkout, and filing and paying the VAT stay with you.

Goods sent from Great Britain to customers in the EU can be zero-rated for UK VAT if HMRC’s export conditions are met, and EU VAT is then due at the rate of the customer’s country. The Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) lets you charge it at the point of sale. Since 1 July 2026 the EU has also charged customs duty on low-value parcels that used to be exempt.
What we doIf you sell to the EU, we set up its shipping zones and taxes in the shop. Whether you use IOSS or register in an EU country is for you and your accountant.

For orders sent from the UK, Shopify Shipping sells labels from Evri, DPD, Royal Mail, InPost UK and DHL Express Europe. Royal Mail labels through Shopify are for UK addresses only, and since 1 May 2025 Shopify hasn’t sold labels for parcels from Great Britain to Northern Ireland.

Advertising cookies and tags, such as the Meta Pixel or Google Ads, need the visitor’s consent before they run. Since 5 February 2026, cookies used only for analytics statistics don’t, as long as the site explains them clearly and gives a simple, free way to object.

Customers who buy online can cancel up to 14 days after their order is delivered, and you must refund them within 14 days of getting the item back. If they were never told about this right, they can cancel for up to 12 months.
